Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

At Hridaan, we are confident that you will fall in love with our teas. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you!

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please notify us via email at info.hridaanteas@gmail.com within 2 working days of receiving your shipment. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these conditions:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. The item should be in its original packaging.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing your return.
  4. If the product is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the damaged product to info.hridaanteas@gmail.com, which will help expedite the return process.

Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be covered under this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund within 10 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email at info.hridaanteas@gmail.com and send the item to the following address:

Returns & Cancellations

  • Products that are on sale or discounted are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Cancellations can only be initiated if we receive a request via email within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.
  • Note: Prepaid orders are not eligible for a refund once the product has been dispatched. If you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, we will issue a credit voucher for the full order amount, which can be used for future purchases.
